digimaxlife.com™️ is owned and operated by Digimax Life Private Limited (hereinafter “DML”), a company incorporated in Singapore.  DML is serious about protecting your online privacy. This Privacy Statement explains our views and practices concerning privacy, and how they may pertain to you as a user of our website.

“You” or “Your” means you as a participant in or as a user of the digimaxlife.com website. “We” or “Our” or “Us” means DML. “Our site” means digimaxlife.com.

When you register on our site, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number and email address. This enables us to fulfil your request by sending you the content you registered for (your “Primary Consent”)

When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your device, browser and operating system so we can better improve the experience for all our users. We also collect location such as country, region and city to know where our subscribers and customers registered from.

PRIMARY CONSENT

Your Primary Consent is your express consent for us to send you products, services, free and premium content (i.e. blog posts, videos, YouTube videos, reports/whitepapers, e-books, PDF, tips, recommendations etc.), special promotions and special events, related to your request to receive the content you registered for.

SECONDARY CONSENT

In the event that we require your consent for a secondary reason (i.e. further newsletter subscriptions and marketing messages that are not related to your Primary Consent) (“Secondary Consent”), we will ask you directly for your express consent and provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent.
