The Strengths to MBTI Converter takes the results of Gallup’s StrengthsFinder Full 34 “Theme Sequence” and calculates the corresponding MBTI profile.

The converter looks at individual Strengths that correspond to the four dichotomies in MBTI.  For a fuller description of each dichotomy visit https://www.16personalities.com/.

The four dichotomies are as follows:

Introversion vs. Extroversion
Sensing vs. Intuition
Thinking vs Feeling
Judging vs. Perceiving

The converter has proven approximately 75% accurate (n=15) which corresponds to MBTI and StrengthsFinders own reliability scores.

The results show the relative score for each dichotomy.  The lower the number, the more likely that your Strengths correspond to that MBTI type.  For example, if you have an Extroversion score of 50 and an Introversion score of 11 your MBTI type is set to “Introvert.”
