I just ended a conversation with my graduate student about the your “Start with Talent” workshop which she attended last week. I don’t know exactly what happened at this workshop but I can testify that I can see tangible and positive impact in her confidence and motivation. Have you considered expanding the offering of this workshop more broadly to our biomedical students? Programs like this are very much needed as students consider different career tracks in our biomedical programs.
